During a recent discussion with a client, the topic of the business’s online reviews came up.
Within a few short months of opening shop, the client’s business had amassed hundreds of online reviews detailing everything from quality of service to perceived value. Some reviews praised the client’s business, while others berated it for issues including bad service and poor management.
I was surprised to learn that the business had no strategy for handling their online reviews. Be it good or bad, online reviews of the business were more-or-less left to be.
